Zylocon, under new leadership.
Zylocon has automated concrete batch plants, aggregate handling facilities and cement storage facilities from McKinney, Texas for decades. Its batch controls and software run simply and reliably, and they still batch concrete every day.
Built by people who know batching
Zylocon comes from the team that built and installed the industry’s first Windows-based batching system. Our founder took what that team learned and built Zylocon from the ground up, working directly with producers who know that good data and dependable plant control help them take better care of their customers.
Zylocon built both halves of a batch plant’s controls: the software on the batch computer and the panels, boards and wiring it drives.
That work is still in service, from the batch software to the schematics and harness drawings behind the panels. It’s the foundation everything new is built on.
Who you’ll be working with
Tyler Trauernicht
Tyler leads Zylocon: its software, its plant controls and its support. He’s a computer engineer who writes the code and works on the plants, and he builds software for concrete and aggregate producers.
When you email Zylocon, you reach a person responsible for the system, not a call center. Between our home office in Sherman and our satellite office in Baton Rouge, we have people on standby 24 hours a day, ready to help with any emergency.
This system was guided and built over decades by people in your business, so we know what it means when a concrete placement is interrupted. We’ll be there for you.
